ETIS-Larib Polyp DB¶
ETIS-Larib Polyp DB is a database of frames extracted from colonoscopy videos. These frames contain several examples of polyps. In addition to the frames, we provide the ground truth for the polyps. This ground truth consists of a mask corresponding to the region covered by the polyp in the image, as observed in Fig. 1.
Figure 1: Example of original data and associated manual annotation from ETIS-Larib Polyp DB.
The database consists of two different types of images:
- Original images: original/frame_number.png
- Polyp mask : ground_truth/frame_number.bmp
At this time, only the original images will be soon available (24th of July) for the testing part of the Polyp Detection Challenge, joint event of the MICCAI 2015 conference.
